The research carried out by this Company since 2005, supported by the Universities of Murcia and Cartagena and partly funded by the CDTI ( a state-owned technological research and development Center) has developed a 99,9% wine-based product , with some aromas added, and whose main virtue is the consumer’s and trade’s perception of the same organoleptic and sensorial characteristics (body, depth, aroma, flavour) that those of a classic wine – but at half the alcohol (6,5º abv)
