TASTING NOTES
Cherry tan colour, medium to high intensity. Ripe black fruit appears,
with white spices, toasted and balsamic notes. A smooth and silky first
impression, yet warm, tasty and with volume. Aftertaste reminding of toffee.
Good balance between fruit and barrel.

Roasts, Red or white meats , spiced meats, serrano ham, blue fish, well-aged
cheeses, game and poultry.
